Who am I?
What's the deal with this website?
In the present day universities around the world are embracing the idea of a VLE as the way to communicate with students. These soulless services centralise the way students access resources for their courses but it is a relatively new way of doing things. Back when I was an undergrad I got to homework solutions and lecture notes on pages maintained by the teachers themselves, often with some stupid cat gif on the same page. Why? Because the lecturer thought it was cute. Often these professors were highly skilled mathematicians who didn't give a fuck about css or html but still enjoyed having their own little pages.
This website is a tribute to that era of unstyled html course pages. My institution isn't going to let me upload lecture notes here but that doesn't mean I can't have fun with it. I'll also put links here to my various ventures around the internet so maybe have a look around and click on things that seem cool.
What sort of things might you find me posting about here?
Maths This is my main thing. I have lots of thoughts on this topic. I might not post about it all the time though because I get enough of it at work.
Art I like painting, maybe I'll post about that. Maybe I'll post some of the stuff I have painted, I'm not quite sure if you deserve that yet though. Also textile arts, I do a lot of weaving and sewing.
Communism Self explanatory.
Birds I like going on stupid adventures into the hills to find birds.
Stuff I like I will talk about stuff I like: films, tv, books, anime and comics.
Stuff I don't like I will also complain about the same things.
TTRPG Stuff
To The City! (by starlight) is a Powered by My Girlfriend TTRPG about going to a city and hopefully finding yourself on the way there. It was created during stargazersasha's the powered by my girlfriend jam!.

If you want to subscribe to an RSS feed take a look here! Not sure yet how dilligent I will be in updating it but I will try. I've been posting stuff on this site for years and I don't have the infrastructre to generate automatically, maybe I'll look into that in the future. Mostly this is currently a feature so all my cohost buddies can keep up with me.
